• Coordinate our field staff to prepare cursory or full ownership reports
• Work with geologists and engineers regarding locations, spacing, costs, etc.
• Prepare all administrative filings such as Spacing, Pooling, Increase Density, Location Exception, etc.
• Commence leasing or acquisition activity within authorized terms
• Negotiate and prepare Leases, Deeds, Assignments
• Negotiate farmouts, promote prospect to industry participants and propose well
• Testify before Agency if necessary
• Prepare and secure title curative documents
• Negotiate and secure surface damage agreements
• Secure Drilling and Division Order Title Opinion, prepare division orders
• Secure right-of-way, pipeline hookup and gas gathering, if necessary
