Past transactions have ranged in size from relatively minor deals covering limited or low value assets to transactions totaling over $1 Billion in value. Of particular importance in our acquisition and divestiture projects is placing a strong emphasis on the value of due diligence work in determining and verifying all of a company’s property and status claims, a step we believe helps provide a sense of financial security to any potential deal.

Regardless of the value or type of your divestiture or acquisition, ARI can provide comprehensive expertise and experience at markedly lower costs. Often times, in the process of aiding with the client’s transaction, ARI has assumed control over the Financial, Accounting, Land, Engineering, and/or Production operations on various assets until they are sold. This ‘hands on’ approach also helps ensure that ARI is working alongside the client to get the best possible deal.
