Services
Remote Access
ARI is unique in offering real-time remote access to their clients’ data. Remote access allows clients to print to their own network, is accessible anytime or place via the internet, and does not require any additional software or hardware upgrades. Our terminal server supports low-bandwidth connections as well as rapid and centralized access to information.
In addition to offering its clients remote access, ARI has taken deliberate measures to create an environment that facilitates maximum security while providing the flexibility required for convenient remote access to data. ARI utilizes up-to-date SonicWALL firewall and McAfee security software as a deterrent to those seeking unauthorized access, enabling only authorized users to access essential files. In addition, our servers are stored in a secure and restricted area, leaving our clients free to enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing ARI has placed their security amongst our highest priorities.

Network Security
In October 2005 over 1600 new viruses were detected by the virus scanning giant Sophos. With so many potential threats popping up every month, ARI is vigilant about maintaining both up-to-date virus scanning software and definition files. Our firewall hardware and software systems provide the necessary tools to secure and monitor all incoming and outgoing network traffic. By leaving your network vulnerable to these threats, you are risking costly downtime and data loss.
Networks and data are not only susceptible to viruses. In fact, the majority of malicious attacks on unprotected files are launched via the spyware and spam commonly collected through employees’ usage of the internet. ARI recognizes the significant threat these malicious programs and files can pose to our clients and goes to great lengths to include them in our network monitoring services.

Server and Network Backups
Like virus scan, your backup system is one of the most important parts of you IT infrastructure. Without good backups a virus, failed hard drive or power surge can permanently erase your valuable data. ARI can setup and monitor your backup system to ensure that the integrity and security of your data remains intact.
